At Green Hill Remodeling, we stand behind the quality of our work. Every deck, pergola, patio cover, and outdoor remodeling project we build in the Austin area is backed by our commitment to craftsmanship.

Workmanship Warranty

Our Craftsmanship Guarantee

We warrant that our workmanship will be free from defects in installation. If a covered workmanship issue arises, we will repair it at no additional labor cost to you. The specific term and coverage of your workmanship warranty are detailed in your written project agreement.

Manufacturer & Material Warranties

Many of the materials we install — such as Trex® composite decking, railings, and hardware — carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are passed through to you. These are provided directly by the manufacturer and vary by product. We are happy to provide the applicable manufacturer warranty documents for the materials used on your project.

What Is Covered

Defects in the installation and workmanship performed by our team.
Manufacturer-covered material defects, per each manufacturer’s terms.

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and weathering of wood and outdoor materials.
Damage from severe weather, misuse, neglect, or lack of routine maintenance.
Work, modifications, or repairs performed by others after project completion.

Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a warranty issue, contact us as soon as possible with your name, project address, and a description (photos are helpful). We will review your claim and respond promptly.
